Shipping Policy and Costs for Online Orders Only
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sundog Books. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a book is in stock and ready to be shipped, the caption below the “Add to Cart” option on the book’s page will read, “On Our Shelves Now.” If a book is not in stock but able to be ordered from our distributor (Ingram), the caption below “Add to Cart” will read “Usually Ships in 1-5 Days.” If you order a book that is not currently in stock, we will either fulfill your order directly through our distributor, which will then ship it directly to you; or, we will order the book from our distributor and ship it to you after it arrives to our store. The decision is usually made by experienced Sundog staff members based on available inventory and known shipping delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sundog Books ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. For information regarding your tracking number(s), please call us at 850-231-5481 or email us at sundogbooks@gmail.com. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sundog Books is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sundog Books is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
