A part memoir, part self-help book from an interfaith minister, offering guidance on growth, change, and self-love.

This is your call to look within and live as your most authentic, compassionate self as Alex Reegan shares his incredible story of healing and growth.

When was the last time you truly looked within? What if you realised that everything you’ve ever needed was already there?

In this part memoir, part self-help book, interfaith minister, intuitive coach, and empathic trans man Alex Reegan reveals how he overcame grief, depression, addiction and more, and how you can too.

Alex deftly weaves his own story – the story of a trans man born into a fundamentalist and homophobic family and community – with direct, healing guidance for you to take away and implement in your own life. You’ll find uplifting messages of compassion and peace to help you shake free from things that are no longer serving you, and tools to give you what you need to take a step towards wholeness.

You’ll also find techniques such as journaling, self-reflection, and meditation to use on your journey, as well as practices to enrich you, to reclaim your connection to the god within and to bring healing through learning to speak your truth and release shame.

This powerful book, with its honesty and wisdom from the margins, will uplift you, help you embrace and love your authentic self, and give you what you need to heal and move towards a fulfilling, loving life.
Alex Reegan is an interfaith minister, inspirational speaker, intuitive coach and empathic trans man who took the long road out of oppressive religion, experiencing depression, anxiety and addiction before at last finding relief and healing through his spiritual journey. In 2014, after receiving training in shamanic healing, Alex began pursuing his calling by coaching clients one-to-one and in groups. He graduated in 2019 as an interfaith minister, combining his theological background with shamanism. He is profoundly dedicated to supporting diverse individuals on their journey to wholeness, helping others to uncover their unique path and find realignment.
